The blue room is an extension of Billie and Tim’s bedroom, leaving their old room for equipment for Cruise. The Orange room is the extension of Cruise’s bedroom which allows room for friends to hang out as well as his wheelchair and other necessities.
Tim, Cruise’s dad, did all of the tile work and painting in the new accessible bathroom. He also had special mosaic tiles made of Cruise’s fish paintings by Jack O’Farrell at Creative Mosaic Designs. Cruise painted them with a mouthstick and Jack recreated them in mosaic tiles that are now part of the shower walls.
